Clearance Operations Regulatory Engine

A retrieval-augmented AI assistant over U.S. customs regulations — 19 CFR, the Federal Register, CROSS rulings, and AD/CVD orders — built for customs clearance brokers. Multi-agent routing, confidence scoring, inline citations, and automatic escalation to a licensed broker when it detects risk. Deployed on Azure and measured against a 55-question golden-set eval.

I work in customs clearance at FedEx, helping international shipments stay compliant with U.S. customs regulations.

I'm self-taught. Years in hospitality and sales taught me to solve problems with people, fast — and I bring that same instinct to software: find what's slow, broken, or overcomplicated, and build the fix.

Mostly that means AI. I build practical tools for the field I actually work in, and spend my own time digging into AI research and shipping projects like CORE.
